Room diffusion (use micro diffuser)
Steam Inhalant: 4 drops in 1 liter of steaming hot water. Cover head and bowl with towel, making a steam tent.
Bath: 10-20 drops per 25 mls of honey, milk, buttermilk, or any carrier oil.
